Suggested Use:
Internal Use: 1tsp/liter, 3-4 times/day
External Use: As a facial mask, mix clay with water to create a paste and then apply a thin layer to entire face and neck. Allow mask to almost dry, then remove with a wet cloth. Rinse with warm water splashes until no trace of mask remains For bites or stings mix clay with water to make a paste, then apply directly to skin for a drawing effect. Rinse before clay is completely dried.
For cooling, soothing effect on burns, scrapes, and bruises gently apply mixture to affected area, cover with a wet cloth so clay does not dry. Rinse until no trace of clay remains or remove with a wet wash cloth.
Terra pHirma is Montmorillonite Clay, named after the location of the deposit where it was first identified – near Montmorillon, France.
This clay provides an impressive assortment of alkalizing minerals, including calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese, sodium, sulfur, and silica. Furthermore, these minerals in clay exist in natural proportion to one another, so they are more easily and thoroughly absorbed by the body.
